Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. At the moment we only deliver within Australia.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, so most orders arrive within about two weeks.
Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local courier — and why our prices stay fair. We'd rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays
Occasionally things outside our control — customs, peak periods, weather — can slow a delivery down. If your order's taking longer than expected, email us at sales@wearblancofficial.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always try to help if something goes wrong.
